Guides — deleting your account

To delete your GuideMate guide account and its data:

• Email ersahineren@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address your account is registered with (this is how we verify the request).
• We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, then send a final confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in record (email address) in Firebase Authentication.
• Your profile: display name and role.
• All rooms you created.
• All usage events stored under your account.

Deletion is permanent and complete — we keep no copies. We retain data only if and for as long as a legal obligation requires us to.

Travellers

Travellers don't have accounts, so there is nothing to delete on our side. The random device identifier and optional display name used during tours live only on your phone — uninstalling the app removes them.

Early-access list

To remove your email from the early-access list, send a short email to ersahineren@gmail.com from that address.
